According to the actual Batman: Arkham City website, you can pre-order the game at any Gamestop and you will receive a special challenge map entitled, “Joker’s Carnival Challenge Map.”  Another fan favorite choice for gamers has to be that of your friendly neighborhood Best Buy, which with a down payment for the game will give you a special unlock able “combo” attack by Batman.
